Your artwork will be carefully wrapped and protected with care from the artist’s studio, should there be a problem please read the following terms and conditions of returns.

When your original/print/greeting cards is received, you need to notify the carrier on receipt if there is any damage to the packaging. You have seven (7) days to report damaged artwork to us and return it if damaged in its original condition for refund.

The customer must provide traceable posting method and with a shipment’s tracking number by email to gillianart@www.artistgb.com  if you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible gillianart@www.artistgb.com  to give us your order information.

Please repackage the artwork using original packaging materials used by the artist. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for supplying suitable packaging materials in order to return the artwork safely to the artist. Once the piece safely reaches the artist, your return will be processed, the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus additional shipping costs and international customs fees, if any)
